Not sure what to say?

I knew Michael as Joan´s companion at jungian post event dinners and always counted myself lucky to share conversation with him

I did not know Mr. Schmeer on a personal level. His daughter KRISTEN is one of my closest dearest friends. She always spoke of her father with love, admiration and a gratefulness that he was her father. I know this is a huge loss for her, especially after losing her beloved sister,Karen. How lucky for Karen, and Mr. Schmeer that they have now been reunited in heaven.
My deepest sympathies to Kristen, her mother, Alexis, Nick and Frank.

Hugs & Love to you all

I find myself feeling profound sadness upon learning of his transition. I didn’t work with Mike much but when I did he was a joy. Such an interesting person. God bless him; sincere condolences to his family and close friends.

Years ago working at DWT, I had the fortune of meeting Mike and working with him on a pet project of his. He had a great sense of humor and was clearly an embracer of life. I'm sorry to hear of your loss - and yet the energy that was Mike I think will live on in many ways.

Such a smart, funny and inspiring man. Mike would love to just bust into a sonnet as he starred straight into your eyes trying to break you. He always brought a smile to my face and was great for advice. Mike could see great things inside you that you didn’t even know were a gift. He was a gift to me and I am so grateful that I got to know him. Much love and light Mike, Joan and family. Mike I hope you are biking through the Milkyway♂

I worked with Mike for 27 years, first as his secretary and then later as a paralegal in his commercial finance practice. Mike had a unique ability to help people discover and develop their strengths and talents. I count his tutelage as one of the great gifts of my life. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

A dear friend, trusted mentor and advisor...and the best lawyer I have ever worked with. A man of total integrity.

Mike helped me join DWT as a partner in 2003 and appointed me the real estate group leader in the Portland office. He had a big impact on my professional career and was a valued professional colleague and friend. We shared a love of bicycles and I think of him when bicycling around Oregon. My condolences to his family.

My father, Jerry Roslund, reminisced fondly of his summers bucking bales with Mike in Seneca, Oregon. I have great memories of skiing with Mike and his family in Sun Valley and many other great childhood memories with the Schmeer family. God Bless!
