Although it has been years since I last saw him, I remember him fondly as an outgoing next door neighbor with a friendly laugh and willing to toss the football with us kids. I knew Michael since we were teenagers. I also was in tn Navy with him in both Maryland and Virginia. Loved his sense of humor and his laugh that follows. Sympathy to his family an d friends.
