Just a quick note to tell you how devastated I was to hear about the passing of your father. He was such a special person, and both he and your entire family have always meant so much to me. It was a tragic way for such a beautiful life to have transitioned, but I am sure that he is now with your brother, watching over all of you. May you find peace in the knowledge that he is still with you, every moment of every day.

Fr. Bill sent me the eulogy you prepared for your father's funeral. You captured it beautifully. I remember your dad fondly. He became a member of the bereavement group at St. Mary's after your brother's death and he was able to reach out to many who found themselves in similar situations.
