Words cannot express the loss. I so regret not being around him more and knowing how amazing he truely was.
So tragic and heartbreaking.

Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Your are in our prayers. May God be with you and help bear your pain.

I didn't know Micheal as well as some. The short time I spoke with him and miles I pedaled with him I knew he was a genuine and honest soul. Ride on my friend. You will be missed.Samuel Haglund III

As, I still keep tearing up over Mr.Seaman, I remember him always being that encouraging instructor at MCC, especially the classes I had with him. He would say "Don't give up Starla drop in on my evening classes, feel free to record my lectures, let this be fun not stressful, you can make it! I will never forget the hug he gave me at the end of the semester. What a great person. Rest in Peace my friend.

I feel like one of the few students who shared mutual respect with him. His class was one which was mandated on most degrees, and so I think it was a rarity that he encountered a student who genuinely enjoyed the material for its own value. Years later and thousands of miles away, I grieve for his loss.

Mike was an amazing person, a great instructor, and a good friend. I still use some of the same examples he used in his economics lectures to teach my econ classes. The world lost a very bright light, and he will be missed.

Such a good friend to all. You will be missed.

I met/rode with Mike in France in 2009. He was a kind funny man. This is heartbreaking.
