Not sure what to say?

Fr. Mike, I hope the view from God's Holy Mountain is all you had hoped. Thanks for inspiring me in faith, and giving me a chuckle along the way.

Michael Seger, one of the funniest and kindest men I have ever met. I consider it a true delight to remember our years together as Christian Brothers. There was never a dull moment!! Richard H. Kohrs, Memphis, TN

Fr. Mike and I were classmates at St. Teresa and Elder. I was lucky to have seen and spoken to him within the last few years. Previous to that , I hadn't seen him since 1968. He was a kind and caring man. I'm sure he will be missed.

Fr. Mike & my son, Arlyn, share a birthday, July 13th. From the moment Arlyn was born, he and Fr. Mike were "birthday buddies", as Fr. Mike would say. He was there when Arlyn received all of his sacraments and was also at Arlyn's first birthday party! We have many cherished memories of Fr. Mike and he will never be forgotten. Our prayers are with him and all of his family on "God's Holy Mountain".

My family met Fr. Mike when my daughter died at a very early age. He presided over her funeral and my family fell in love with him. He went on to officiate the marriage of my daughter and my son and baptized some of my grandchildren. He was a dear and wonderful person. The world could use more men like him. He will be sorrowfully missed and always remembered and loved by my family as well as countless numbers of my friends and fellow parishioners at St. John Fisher Church.
