Mike will always be remembered as a sweet, gentle soul. He was always in a good mood and smiling. I grew up in Eastlake and went to school with Mike. I have fond memories hanging out as a kid of about 12-13 yrs old with him and Brooks and Robby. Those boys rode their bikes everywhere!! my deepest sympathy and prayers go to the Self family. I'm very sad to hear of the loss of our cousin Mike.
I'll always have good memories of all of us being together at Grandma Self's house for Christmas and the times Mike and I as teenagers would go fishing in East Lake Park with of course with Grandma.
