Not sure what to say?

Michael, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN AUNT WANDAS heart. You always greeted me with a smile and a chuckle. Always glad to see me and Robert and Jerry. I will always remember taking you and Eugene to swim meets with Rob,and Jerry and you all winning ribbons and alwys saying saying Aunt Wanda you got a Quarter we want a drink. So I would give you all what ever I had to get something with. I remember when we went to the zoo and you and Jerry laughed at the monkeys. I cant say that right now I can...

Every time I think of Winston-Salem and Walnut cove it has always been about going to Aunt Lorrene and Uncle Ervin's house to see Michael and Eugene. My earliest childhood memories are of getting in trouble with Michael and Eugene. I practically grew up with them. Spending summer vacation together, going camping, traveling route 66, going to Ghost town, Carrowinds, Fenway park, or just goofing around in the woods behind the house. All of it was with you Michael.

To the entire Sheppard Family:
My family is devistated at the news of the loss of Michael. He meant a great deal our family, especially to Alexis, Taylor and Sydney. In a town where they had no family, he was like "Uncle Michael". You were all very good to us and we will forever be greatful for that. Our hearts and prayers are with you all. We'll never forget his big smile and hearty laugh.

Papa & Nana Rene, Eugene & Christene ya'll are all in our prayers in this time of great need. Micheal was the best person anyone could know, he kept me strong during a lot of my sorrows and griefs. I will always remember the summers that we all spent together at mother's in the pool and during cookouts, but the one thing that I remember best about Micheal was his big smile, and how he made everything seem alright! He will be missed by all. Please stay in contact and let our family know if...

Even though it was a short while that Me and my son, Jacob, spent with Michael it seemed like we had known him forever. Sheppard family: I am sorry for your loss. Michael was like Jacobs angel here on earth. I have the comfort knowing that I will see him again one day. Michael, we will miss you more than you will ever know. Although you are in Heaven, you are not forgotten here on earth.

AS MICHAEL'S GRANDMOTHER, HE WAS SO SPECIAL TO ME AND HE HELD A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART, BECAUSE HE WAS ONE OF MY BOYS.... WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT AND I KNOW NOW IN MY HEART THAT EARL WILL TAKE CARE OF HIM FROM HERE ON OUT. THE'LL BE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GET HOME!!!!

Dear Ervin and Lorene.
My heart aches for the both of you.Our children are precious to us and we love them and don't and never will understand some of the things that happen. But through it all we can trust Jesus to be the achor that we need to hold on to.
I love you and am praying for you.
May God hold you both close to his heart.

Nettie.

Michael was my big cousin that I always looked up to. I remember every time the family got together at my momows house to eat, me and michael would be the first ones in line, fighting over the macaroni and cheese. I will always hold my memories of Michael in my heart, never to be forgotten. Michael will always live on in our hearts.

We all loved Michael ,and he will always be in our hearts and thoughts. And we know you will
always watch over us.
