Not sure what to say?

The saddest part about Mike's passing is that the rest of us still on earth will have to live without him. Our loss is heaven's huge gain.

Mike's undying love for life, his gregariousness, and his sense of humor are what first come to mind. While some found his views controversial, he was always authentic and true to himself.

Steve Jobs passed away yesterday; those of us who knew Michael at the University of Illinois thought of him as our personal Steve Jobs. ...

Adria- I'm sorry to read about Michael's passing, warm wishes sent your way. Please note that I have fond memories of Mike's guidance he provided to me during my days at the University of Illinois in Interior Design and Architecture. I'll always remember the womb room (tornado shelter) in the lower level of your home a safe place for sure. Peace, David J. Garner (from Urbana IL now in Silverthorne, CO).

Our condolences to Mrs. Sherman and the Sherman family. Michael was a volunteer with Princeton HealthCare System positioned at the University Medical Center at Princeton. He provided over 900 hours of service. He was our friend. Our deepest sympathy - Pam, Gerda, Courtney, and all the Volunteers of PHCS/UMCP.

Dear Adria and family - I am sorry for your loss. As I said to you - I fondly remember Michael as one of our original members of our Beth Chaim Torah Study group. May his memory be a blessing.
