SHIELDS, Michael Patrick got his first taste of freedom Wednesday, November 2, 2016. He is free from diabetes and pain. He leaves behind his precious children, Madison and Stephen; his sister, Heidi and his parents who loved him from the moment he was born. We miss him, but rejoice in his freedom.

To michaels family im so sorry for your loss my name is eric i live in new orleans and lived with michael and anid in tampa and when they moved to the house in st pete he will always be a true friend and i will always have love for micael. He was one of the nicest kind hearted people i have ever met. God bless and rest in peace my friend.
