Not sure what to say?

My heart breaks for you all. Bro Mike was our pastor when we were in Mtn Home, but he was also our friend. We will forever appreciate the love and kindness you both showed us while we were at Eastside. We can do all things through Christ who strenthens us. We can do nothing without Him. I live by this daily. Love George and Dora Edings

We were best of friends in childhood. We did not keep in touch after college, but it was reassuring to know that Mike was out there in the world, and that the world was a better place for it. He soothed. His passing is hard to accept, but it's comforting to see and hear how many people he helped and to know that his spirit lives on in them and us. Condolences from me and the Woodson Terrace family to his wife and family, including Pat, whom I remember fondly.

Dear Kathye: We remember Pastor Mike as a man who honored Jesus in this community and had a great impact for Christ! He has gone home to many rewards, especially "well done, good & faithful servant". He leaves a "vacuum"and will be greatly missed. We are lifting you and your family, as well as the church family at ESBC during this difficult time. May God's peace comfort and strengthen you.

In His love, Eric & Lori Mathis

Kathye:
Our hearts are with you. We were very sorry to hear of you loss. My wife Donna is Marsha Callahan's sister and Randy is her nephew. Whenever we were in Mt. Home we tried to attend his sermons.
We will announce Sunday in our church in Santa Barbara, CA, Faith Baptist and ask for our pastor to remember bro. Mike.

"For me to live is Christ and to die is gain" Bro. Mike has certainly gained.
Our church family here in Florida are praying for you, Kathye, and for your family. May our Lord put His loving arms around each of you. May He give you peace and comfort in these difficult times. We are so sorry for your family's loss.

We are deeply sorry for your loss. There are many of us here at Parkwood Baptist Church in Virginia, who are praying for you and your family. From Mike and Cheryl Bailes (Son and daughter-in-law of members, Ralph and Lola Bailes)

Kathye, I truly understand what you are going through. If I can help in any way please call me.

Kathye and family may the good Lord hold you and comfort you during this diffucult time.Keep watching over us all. Bro Mike we will truly miss you.

He will be greatly missed. Pat McDaniel
