I wondered why Mike had not replied to my last e-mail message, and I had been praying for him each day. He was so good to me during and after my cancer surgery last year (on his birthday, April 2). He sent many notes and Mass intentions and funny cards - he was a very special person. I was privileged to sit near him in the Westboro office of National Grid.
