I was so sorry to here about Mike. I was out of town and could not get to Louisville. I hope you know how much I thought of Mike. He was so hilarious everytime I saw him when I was in Ky. I miss him and you, and hope to get to Louisville soon.

Mike was a generous and loving gift to this world. He touched everyone with his gentle humor. He will be sorely missed.

Cathy, I've heard so many Mike stories that I can't help but smile when I think of him. He knew how to enjoy his life and I'm certain that your sadness will soon be replaced with great memories. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and please know that you are in our prayers and thoughts.

Allie and I were so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I know that the past couple of years have been extremely difficult for both of you. I will always remember Mike's smile, his hearty laugh, and sense of humor. He seemed to be one of those guys that truly enjoyed life and having a good time. We feel lucky to have known him.
