Mike, My memory is that of middle school when we went to see hootie and the blowfish at the armory on a school night. We thought were were the coolest, but you were always cooler than me. Will miss you very much. Peace be with you......

My fondest memories of Mike were in elementary school at Seven Oaks. He was my first crush with that amazing smile and dimples. He is an amazing soul and will be greatly missed. I have placed a prayer request for Mike and the Smoak Family at St. Paul's Episcopal in Summerville, SC

My thoughts and prayers are with the Smoak family as they travel this path of sadness. Mike was a sweet young boy when I first met him at Seven Oaks Elementary School, and had the most infectious smile. Prayers are with all who loved him.
