Not sure what to say?

There are so many things I remember about him. I spent six years as a student in the Biology Department at The University of Bridgeport and he was always welcoming, always helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor.

We miss you TGO - we always will. Nobody better than you, Great One!

Dr. Somers changed my life in a very positive way. He was a brilliant and generous man. Thank you Great One! Rest in peace.`

Terry, Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. No words can take away the pain and emptiness you and your family feel at this time. Please know Tricia and I are here for you always.

Dr. Somers was truly a man of knowledge and wisdom. Being his student was an honor. My prayers for comfort are with his family at this time.

The "Great One" was more than just an incredible professor and scholar. He was my mentor and without whose help I would not be where I am today. His students were his life and we all held him in awe. My most heart felt condolances are extended to his family. I will miss him dearly.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time of sorrow.
