Uncle mike it's been 2weeeks since you went to be with my mom dad and grandma grampa.everyday my heart still missing you.i pray to st Jude for you. I will miss you .i love you.your favorite godson Jimmy .happy birthday!.

To all Mike's family, As friends of Mike's brother Jim's family, we often visited his pharmacy on Blue Hills Avenue, then in Windsor locks. He always had that easy smile, and reading others' memories of him demonstrates how much they valued and respected his friendship. We trust the memories you share will lessen the pain of his death. May his soul rest in the peace of our Lord.

To the entire family, especially Christopher, I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a caring and thoughtful man. He will be missed. Dottie Ropiak

I stumbled across the news from a friend's Facebook post. I am so sorry to hear of this loss. Mr. Mike Sponzo was my first employer---in addition to being a candy striper at Mt Sinai Hospital. My siblings and I worked at Sless Pharmacy when we were young. Mike knew everyone in the neighborhood and was kind and friendly to all. What a nice man!
My condolences to the family.
