Not sure what to say?

Rest in peace Mike. It has been a pleasure knowing you.
-Israel Bacon

Rest in peace Michael Spoor. Today we said goodbye.

Our deepest condolences to the Spoor family on your loss.

I met Mike approximately five years ago on the tennis courts at Lakeside Country Club. I will always have fond memories of Mike as a good, honest, caring, happy and generous man. A good friend.

I am sure most of you know Mike was very passionate about his tennis game and his teams. A lot of Mike's friends traveled to Tyler, Texas over the last several years with his senior teams (Texas Sectionals). Not many of you...

My deep condolences to the Spoor Family

I had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Mike during our stint at Bonnet Resources. He was a committed leader and always had our backs in tough negotiations. Pretty good sense of humor, too.
While I had lost touch for years, I am proud to say I knew him.

Mike was a great mortgage banker and a good friend. We would periodically meet at LePeep and talk about the real estate market and other subjects. He would frequently end the meeting with the phrase "time to go slay some dragons". See you in heaven some day, Mike.

Dear Monika and family,

I am so sorry for your unimaginable loss. Mike was not only a friend, but a tireless competitor on our tennis team and an inspiration to many. Mike touched many lives and will be missed. From one old soldier to another, Mike I salute you.

May God's peace be with you and uphold you is my prayer.

Dear Monica and Michael Jr.

I am saddened to hear of your loss and wish you both my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences. Words cannot even begin to express my sorrow. For many years, I had the pleasure of knowing Mike both as his personal physician and friend and hold tight memories of the times we spent together both on a professional and social level. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

My condolences to Monica & Mike Jr.!

I had the enjoyment and honor of being involved in several run sessions on Mike's layout. Also have fond memories of traveling around the Midwest with Mike interviewing numerous former CB&Q employees and doing pre-checks on several CB&Q historical society annual conventions. He was a good friend that I regrettably lost contact with due to career moves and long hours. Mike will be sadly missed and fondly remembered!
