Read MoreI'll never forget Mike Sporcic. I graduated from Marian 39 years ago, and I stil remember so much about him - his kindness, his wonderful sense of humor, his engaging teaching style, and his enthusiam for life. I can't imagine how many lives he impacted. He was truly a remarkable person.

Mr. Sporcic was my teacher. He was a great mentor and kept us laughing when we were going through bad times as teens. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

To Mike's Family and Friends,
The lendgendary "Mr. Sporsic" will live on forever in the hearts and minds of every Marian High School grad. Hopefully you will find peace in the wonderful work that he did there that made *such* a difference in so many lives of young women. He was an angel of God's sent to do the teaching that he did; as he did it so very, very well. May God hold him in the palm of His hand!

Mr. Sporcic got alot of us through a very difficult senior year as so many of us had boyfriends, brothers & family members that were deployed to Vietnam. He made class fun and interesting. He had a great sense of humor and always had time for us.

He was very kind and best Godfather a person could have. He was my cousin as well. My Grandmother, Ann Sporcic, just loved "Uncle Mickey", he had so many Godchildren. He always gave us something for Christmas...he was a saint. He will always be be missed. I will always miss him. He was the best!
