Not sure what to say?

"Pop" was an offensive lineman who was also a fellow starter on the "legendary" 1971 Florida High School Basketball Championship team which won its championship game by more points that any other team in Florida history. Its 33-1 W/L record was marred by a loss to the #1 ranked team at the time.

I have known "Pop" all my life. His father and my father grew up together in Pensacola. Great kid at St Joseph's school and at Pensacola Catholic. Offensive lineman for the Gators. We reconnected in Jacksonville while I was a prosecutor and Pop worked with juveniles. The "Tan Yard" produced a great guy. Pop also had a good singing voice.
While a great loss, family should be proud.

"Pop", you will be miss. The Lord has a place for you in His kingdom. Family remember that "Pop" is looking down and asking the Lord to give you strength to make it. "Keep your heads to the sky"

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

POPS,

I'm going to miss you my brother. You were a great teammate, and I appreciate all the protection and support you provided to me as a young kid coming to UF. You are going to better place and our Father will have more work for you to do now.

Michael was a dear friend who called me a few weeks ago and said he was coming to Pensacola. We were going to get together and I will miss him. At the time of our call, he expressed his love and admiration for Mikayla. He will be missed and Go Gators!- Fred Levin

Thinking of your family at this time and remember those we love are never forgotten.

Please accept my sincere condolences. May God be your refuge and strength in the days ahead. He cares about you and understands your sadness. He will help you to get through each day.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
