Michael Fredrick Stanton

It was 2009 when I first met Michael. I was 21 fresh out of culinary school & he had hired me to work as a cook at the heathman. I remember when I first started I didn´t have much work ethic, one day I was being slow & he pulled me out into the alley & grilled me a little bit. He told me I needed to have a "sense of urgency". Dear Family of Michael Stanton, Long ago Michael and I were classmates. I recall him to be shy, super sweet and kind with an easy smile. I am sadden by your loss and his passing and appreciate the life he lived portrayed in his obituary. My deepest condolences and wishing that love overshadows grief in this time for you.
