I was saddened to note Mike's passing as cited in the latest edition of the Kimball Union. We spent our prep school years together at KUA oh so many years ago.

Mike was a good and kind man. Rest in peace my friend.

Mike and I met in 1960 at the Univ. of Vermont and have been friends these sixty five years. His enthusiasm, candor, and love of life were his trademarks. Whether on the golf course, at a card table, or at dinner with friends, conversation was always lively and interesting Mike was a good man and will be dearly missed.
