Mike did indeed love his daughters. And he did have many good friends, all and any of whom would have helped him, had they been given the opportunity or had the knowledge of the depth of his troubles. Steve Ramsey and Brad Wilson were among that group of close friends, as well as Ross and myself, who would have helped and who think of Mike and his laugh and smile and are grateful of the friendship we had with Mike.
