Not sure what to say?

Unfortunately it's 16 years later that I'm learning of Mike's passing. Mike Stone has always popped into my mind from time to time because they don't make cool people like that anymore. We both worked at Fedco...the department store in National City. We worked in different departments. He worked in the warehouse and I worked in the pet department and later the television department. I only worked half the amount of years as him. While we didn't work directly together, he always greeted me...

Mike Stone

A beautiful life that came to an end,He died as he lived everyones friend, in our hearts a memory will always be kept of the one we love and never will forget... Our hearts and prayers are with you Ethel, Peter and the rest of his family Love pete&Jodie

..Will there ever be a work place like Fedco again? Mike was the kind of person that made it enjoyable. I will always remember his helpfullness, his work ethic and of course the charm. After working wih him so long it was always so great to see him over the years. Like Mark and David you are the best of Men. Love to Ethel, Linda Hatfield

Mike Stone has left the building.
He is truely a gem and he will be missed. I'm sure he was greeted warmly in heaven by his friends, Hameister and Worsham, plus many others too numerous to mention. The man is a legend.

We were so sad to hear about Mke's illness and death. We only have good memories about Mike. He had a beautiful smile and was always known as such a nice guy and hard worker. He will be missed by many. We still have pictures of him at our wedding. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Don and Sandy Miller

Ethel,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. David and Eric remember Michael so well and what a very, very good friend he was. Michael always made Dave feel so good when they were together. There are many wonderful times I will never forget. Most recently, I rembember going to Lowes on occasion and seeing Michael as the "Lowes greeter"!! Dave liked going to Lowes just so he could see his friend. I'm so glad he was able to travel with you and you were able to have "the time...

Ethel, I think Michael would like this.

MISS ME-BUT LET ME GO

When I come to the end of the road
and the Sun has set for me
I want no Rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free.

Miss Me a little-But not to long
And not with your head bowed low
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss Me-But let me go.

For this is a jorney that we must
all take, and each must go alone

I will alway's remeber you teasing me every day.Telling me I was an otay girl . I miss you alot ! Love Veronica

Mike was the kind of guy that could tell off a store manager, help a customer and flirt with the check out girls all at the same time. He had the type of freespirited charm and wild wit that most people just don't have the courage to show. I'll miss my friend and brother wanderer.
