We were sad to read that Mike has passed. He worked on projects with my husband Ted Hamilton, and we saw him fairly often. My daughter Katie sent him a Christmas card that was returned, so I went looking for him. Mike was one of the finest individuals I have ever known. He had a kind heart, generous spirt and great British humour. During the fourteen years I worked with Mike he touched many people around the world and was loved by all who met him.
