I just heard the news and was so sad to hear that Mike has passed. We lived two doors down from Mike for 11 years. I just loved talking with Mike and it was extra special for me because he and I shared a birthday. You could always find Mike sitting outside in his chair. He was always up for a conversation and always had great stories to tell. I had the honor of working with Mike in Atlantic City when I had just begun in the business during the live Miss America broadcasts. He was not a knowledgeable, insightful and calming force. Mostly I will never forget his kindness.

Junior and Shannon. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. He was truly a remarkable man. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I will forever cherish my long talks with Mr. Sullivan usually involving a small gathering of neighbors throughout the conversation. Mike was one of the most caring individuals with wonderful stories layered with great advise. Sending love and condolences to all of the Sullivans, he will be greatly missed.

Dear Sullivan Family, I had the great pleasure of working with and learning from Mr. Sullivan. His knowledge of the live theatrical industry was vast. He was deeply respected by union and management. I miss his visits to the IATSE General Office! He always regaled us with stories which were embedded with lessons for whatever we were facing at that moment. Mr. Sullivan will be greatly missed.
