I had the honor of knowing and working with Mike for the past 15 years here at WNED. Mike was always a strong advocate for public radio, and always
believed in what we were doing first at
the old WNED AM 970, and, the past two
years with WNED's purchase of WBFO. Mike truly valued public radio's role
in news and information, and his leadership will certainly be missed.
To Gail, Mike, Dave, and all of Mike's
family, I am truly sorry for your loss.
