Not sure what to say?

Mike was a dear friend at the Mustard Seed. I remember he sometimes even came on the bus just to help us clean up after the evening meal! I was so honored when he would greet me by name. It meant a lot to me!

My condolences and I read his with great sadness. We went to Doherty together and Mike was a very good friend. He was so funny and great to be with. We would thumb a ride home every day after baseball practice. Great times playing basketball ball with our friends at Logan Field. Have not seen Mike in almost 40 years but I miss him. Wish his family my sympathies.

Tom, Paul and Jack and all the Sweeneys: May Michael Rest in Peace. Another of our Tatnuck brethren who will be well remembered for his goodness. Mike Slein, Newport, RI

Dear Tom- I am so sorry to learn of your brother Michael's passing. May God Bless your family during this time of grief and may Michael Rest In Peace.

I had a crush on Mike in elementary school (I remember his freckled face, sparkling blue eyes and dark hair, and his cute grin). I still recall blowing him kisses one day, which, of course, embarrassed him! In high school, I found him to be unassuming and fairly quiet - a good baseball player who loved the sport. It´s good to hear of his kindness, humor, and charitable work at the Mustard Seed. May he be at peace. My condolences to friends and family.

May Michael rest in abiding peace. A wonderful friend through middle and high school. Throughout the days, months and years always eager to share a smile and many laughs!! I would bump into Mike every so often over the years and of course he would again quickly convey the kindness and warmth of yesterday. His manner was always optimistic and brave. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

So sorry to hear that Mike passed away. He was such a selfless and humble person. We always saw him at Tivnan Field or Foley Stadium watching baseball. Rest in peace Mike.

Tom and Pam, I am so sad to hear about Mike's passing. I know you both were close to him and he will be missed. May he rest in peace.
