I was saddened by the news of Mick's passing and heartbroken for his beautiful family. I recently referred to Mick as the best quality boss I had every worked for and decided to double check that the loss of this wonderful person was a fact. Mick's intelligence, decency, rational and fair mindedness, coupled with his confidence when interacting with the best and 'worst' of people, ensured an excellent example set for his Town Planning team with BVSC, and those with whom he interacted as Chief...
