May God bless your family and keep you strong at a time like this. It was a pleasure to have Jeff as my son in-law. He was a good man who I loved dearly. May your soul rest in peace with our Heavenly Father. You will be missed.

First of all my thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I am sorry for your loss. I am the odd one and always called him Mike as everyone called him Jeff. Mike was and always will be my brother in-law. I will never forget the Friday nights when he picked me up to babysit Michelle, Michael, Megan and Melisa when she arrived. Our favorite thing was orange Sunkist pop and Cheez Its watching late night TV. Mike always let me drive the car before I got my license so I owe my driving skills...

I was sitting with my mother listening to her tell so many stories of her brothers and of Uncle Jeff. He was a good man who took good care of his mother. He loved his family very much. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren. He stayed with me for a short period and we really bonded. We had many phone conversations and he was always a good support. I take comfort that he is finally at peace and is with all of his brothers and his most loving mother. Rest in peace Uncle Jeff.

Growing up, a sister could tell you the horrors of having a brother around. They tease you, they play tricks on you, listen in on your phone calls, change the TV channel, make noise while you're trying to listen to music, try to cheat when you're playing games. They can be an aggravation from morning to night. I know, I had 5 of them.
But as you grow older and they get more human, and/or you get smarter, you realize how wonderful they can be. That's what I learned. All 5 of those...
