Not sure what to say?

I´m watching The Good The Bad and theUgly at the moment. I first watched it with Michael over 50 years ago. It made me think of him. We knew each other for more than 15 years while his parents lived in Calgary. He was always kind to me. I met Marsha in Arlington and we tried piano duets, (badly because I was so nervous). To find contact for an old friend I just typed Michael Tennis, Arlington, and green energy into the search engine. So sorry to hear he´s gone. He was a good man and the world...

Dear Marsha, Seager, Abby and Ivor: When I first was given this link, I could think of nothing to say - other than that I was so deeply sorry. I tried to think, "Why can't I say anything?" Later, it dawned on me that I really didn't know Michael. Other than the usual holidays, family reunions, etc., our paths didn't cross much. That is not to say that I didn't love and respect him, his wonderful sense of humor, his obvious caring and commitment.
During the service on Saturday, I came to...

Dear Marsha, Seager, Abbey and Ivor,

He was a man, father, husband like no other. My favorite memory of Michael was his perfect kermit at kids bedtime on lake "Winne-a-saki". What a lovely, loving, caring gentle sole - I am privledged to have known.

With love and wishes that your warm memories will comfort you.

Pam Adams

Dear Marsha, Abbey, Seiger and Ivor,
May the love of friends bring you comfort and the love of God bring you peace during this very difficult time. I did not know Michael well, however, I did enjoy him so much during the wonderful family times I was in his company. He was such a gentle spirit and such a gentleman. It was also always obvious to me how much he loved you all! May your beautiful memories sustain you and bring you peace. God bless you all.

Our thoughts are with you during this troubling time. What growth we experience when we care for another. I know of the struggle that your family has been through and how difficult it is. I also know that we are forever changed when we give of ourselves in this way. What a gift you all gave Michael. What a testimony to love.

Dear Marsha,Seager,Abbey & Ivor --

I was so deeply saddened to learn of Michael's passing. I can't begin to imagine the loss to you all.
But I can imagine his loss to those of us who have spent so much time fighting to preserve a habitable planet. And, in that arena, Michael's absence is absolutely immense.
My deepest personal sympathies to all of you. And more general sympathies to all the rest of us. He inspired all who worked with him to help make this world a better...

Marsha, Abbey, Seager & Ivor,

We are so terribly sorry for the loss of your beloved Michael. His courage and dignity were also a tribute to you, his family, who gave him strength. Our sincere condolences. Love, Sue & Jim Brookes

To Michael's family,
My sincere condolences on Mike's passing. Michael and a few other friends hung out in high school in Calgary and I had not heard much of his life since. It is gratifying to learn that he dedicated so much of himself to environmental improvement, and obviously to his family.

Dear Marsha, Abbey and Seagar,
You have my deepest sympathies... Michael was an incredibly good man and I always enjoyed the time we got to spend together. I'll always remember the night he took me to Harvard Square as a teenager... what a great time that was... I am truly sorry for your loss.
