He was a great teacher. I had him for small engines and also for electric racecar program. There are little pieces of advice and direction that he gave me 16 years ago that to this day I still often think about. In the 2 years I had him as a teacher I learned an incredible amount from him. I was saddened to hear of Mike's passing. He was the reason that I got into auto mechanics and that led to my career as a Machine Repairman working for GM. Rest in peace Mike.

My condolences to the Terry family. Mr. Terry was my Auto Shop teacher at Grandville High School. He taught me a lot, made learning fun, and was a great teacher! He was one of those teachers that you never forget❤

Mike Terry Family, I was so saddened to hear the news about Mike. I knew Mike through Grandville HS. He was such a great and funny man. Pam, I am so sorry to hear of Mike passing. When we were growing up at Dickinson School, life seemed so great and Mike was one of the "good guys" who contributed to that. You and all the family are in our prayers.
