Not sure what to say?

A man named David came our way with a message of encouragement and a vision for a community. He cared, he dared, he was a man filled with God's love, and he demonstrated the strength of that love with his family and friends. This man, this David, will be missed on earth, but his place is now with a God that loves and knows him best. God bless your spirit now, David, as you are present with Him.
(I just heard of David's passing today, on his birthday.)

I just learned of David's passing. David mentored me when I moved away from Denver to accept a job in Lincoln, NE in May, 1990. He was a kind man with a gentle spirit and I will miss him. I pray your strength in the Lord. Radious (Tulsa, OK)

David was such a beautiful spirit. The one word I would use to describe him was 'loyal.' He was a loyal and genuine friend to the end. Over the course of time, I have come to know that life is experienced in time and everything eventually passes away. Rest in peace my friend for our journey together has come to a end and your new journey has only just begun. Winona and the Thompson family, cherish the memories and legacy David etched on your heart. Give Maude a big hug and kiss for me...

To Winona and the Thompson Family,

You have my heartfelt sympathy and know the prayer of our church family are with you. I pray God strengthen you and give you courage during this time.

To the Thomspon family with sincere and deepest sympathy. So, so sorry to hear about the loss of Michael. Your family are in my prayers.

Winona,
Monya and I just learned of David's transition. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to you and David's entire family. During my trip to Denver just last month he spoke to me "brother to brother" about certain things in his life. Most poignantly, he spoke about having an opportunity to care for his wife and the fact that, while many would be burdened by it, he felt blessed to have the chance. I will miss David but I have to let him go because I know he's gone to prepare a place for...

Winona,
Monya and I just learned of David's transition. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to you and David's entire family. During my trip to Denver last month he spoke to me "brother to brother" about many different things in his life. Most poignantly, he spoke about caring for his wife and the fact that while many would be burdened by it, he felt blessed by it. I will miss David but I have to let him go because I know he's gone to prepare a place for his beloved wife. Much Love.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

To the Thompson family, my deepest sympathies on David's passing. I became acquainted with him a few years ago through New Life Church. He was a positive example of a strong and motivated man. He will be missed.
