Not sure what to say?

Many years have passed, but I still remember Mike as being my best and only friend I had while a student at Trinity H.S. We talked about football mostly, and I will always remember how happy and proud he was of his football performance in the last game of his high school football career. Coach Bekelja finally gave him a chance to play and he proved how good he really was. Kevin Riordan, M.D.

Sincere sympathy and condolences to family and friends. I met Mike many years ago when we were both career counselors. His legacy to the Commonwealth in his passion for helping students find their "spark" will continue through the dedication he shared with students, educators, and in the many "pathways" he opened as a pathfinder. Mike will be missed and remembered fondly by many. God be with you, Mike.

Mike was a wonderful man. He was kind and caring and truly believed in what he was doing. He has impacted the world of School Counseling for the better and I am glad that I knew him.

Kind, respectful, and sincere are just 3 words of many to describe Mike Thompson.
Our paths intersected often for many many years at school counseling conferences and meetings.
Because of Mike's passion to share innovative strategies with us as school counselors, the students in the Commonwealth of PA and beyond are better prepared for the world of work!

Mike planted the seeds in so many individuals that will continue to bear fruit for generations. The testament to a life well lived. It was an honor to know him.

My condolences to Mike's family. He was my colleague at MAHS as well as my friend. May he rest in peace!

Very sad to hear of Mike's passing. I worked with him many years ago. He was always kind and had a smile to share. Peace be with his family.

We both attended many school counselor workshops together, & continued that relationship for many years sharing numerous ideas via phone conversations. Mike was a real leader in the school counseling field, one who I always admired because he was in the forefront of many of the contemporary issues of...

Mike was an amazing resource for both me and my school. His positive influence was felt all throughout PA. He will be deeply missed.
