I am sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Tobin. I hope to bring some comfort to the family and friends. Isaiah 35:5,6 says," At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. At that time the lame will leap like the dear, and the tongue of the speechless will shout out for joy."
