I´m writing this with great sadness and sorrow within my heart. Mike was a caring, loving soul! He was always there when you needed him. Steve and I were fortunate to know his family. Steve worked with Mike on different jobs for many years. He was always willing to help me with my cousin´s estate! He will be greatly missed! RIP my friend!

I have so many fond memories of spending weekends in Ludington with Alex and Mike, or "Pops", as Alex always liked to call him. Mike was a saint for his willingness to take on the two of us as middle school, and eventually, high school boys, for an entire weekend. We'd roam the beaches, hit an ice cream shop, grill out, bonfire under the northern Michigan stars, go for a boat ride, and so much more. He always insisted on a good breakfast and I recall many mornings coming down to him prepping...
