Not sure what to say?

Toggy, you played a big part in many events throughout the Commonwealth. Your love for police never went unnoticed. No matter what time of the day or night you would come around the corner and I was never surprised. You were a great guy and never be forgotten. Rest In Peace my friend.

HE WAS A GOOD GUY AND A CARING MAN. REST IN PEACE TOGGY. OTTO

Just wanted to acknowledge how hard working dedicated and generous Mike was when I worked with him. Mike was always willing to go that extra step to make things right and extra special. I now that personally Mike was very generous. I am sure his friends and family will miss him dearly.

Sorry to hear this worked with Toggi on many events great guy

He truly was a gentle giant in the special events department at DCR...and a trusted and valued...
