Michael H. Towne

I worked with Mike in the late 1970s. Something reminded me of his art today, and I looked him up. I'm sad to learn that he's gone.

Mike Towne was my friend. I have known Mike for about 32 years. Mike was a talented artist. He took some photos of me and drew a lovely sketch of me in the mid 1980s that he later gave to me in the 2000s. I had it framed and it hangs in my dining room. Mike also drew and painted many cards. He was a smart man with a sharp wit. I will miss Mike. My condolences to his family.
