To all of Michael's family - please accept heartfelt condolences from "the Parkinson's Group". We were blessed by Michael's participation these past few years. His presence always brought real heart and warmth to our class, and he unfailingly managed to give us a chuckle by introducing himself with a twinkle and a different name each time a newcomer joined. He will be missed.

Even though I knew Michael from a few social visits on and off through several decades, I appreciated his person and admired his direct and creative communication style. He was for sure, a unique and wonderful guy. From one artist to another: Michael continue creating and being you, now in another new world. My heart reaches out to Denise and Eddie, as well as those that loved him.

My Uncle "Mikey"
When I had to begin dealing with my medical journey 15 years ago, he never missed contacting me regarding the outcome of a doctor's visit , a diagnostic test or just checking in.
True to his word, always.
I already miss him dearly.

We are so sad to hear about Michael. Sending much love to Denise.

I am so so sorry to learn of Michael's passing. He was an immense talent, and a wonderful friend. I miss him already. My best to Denise and Eddie. Larry Vine

A beautiful obituary, and so true to his passions, and family. He was a real friend to our family and we miss him.

To Denise and Eddie and all those who loved Michael, I am so truly sorry for his loss. He had a bit of a wit and was most unpretentious. As a caregiver, I most enjoyed our trips to the movies and the discussions that followed when I could pick Michael's brain about the film industry as well as engaging in some good humored bantering.

What a nice guy.....
