I had looked for Michael for years but until today, 10/2022, I had no clue he passed just as Hurricane Katrina was forcing me to leave New Orleans. I was so shocked and saddened to read of Michael's untimely passing. What a force of light and creative energy he was! Ironically, I just returned from completing my second Hood to Coast race when I saw the obituary of Michael, who was my favorite team member from my first Hood to Coast team in 2002, Nervous Disorder.
