Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry to learn of your loss. Mike was a bright light in the community and will be missed by all. Prayers and hugs being sent your way. Darlene Mahlum

Mike's daughter's and my daughter went to school together. Also, I was an assistant coach with him for the girls softball teams. We would go on fire wood cutting day trips with the families to Oregon. Mike was always a cheerful and hard worker. I enjoyed those trips a lot. Fond memories of Christmas time loading the kids in pick-ups with straw and traversing the rural roads stopping at the neighbors' houses to sing Christmas Carols. Mike was a great person on Earth. He will surely be busy in...

I worked with Mike a bit at Exxon Nuclear/Siemens Power. He was honest, straightforward, and competent. I enjoyed my admittedly brief interactions with him. He shouldered quite a burden of responsibility there, for which I and others owe him a debt of gratitude. Kath and I are saddened at his passing.

Mike Valentine was one of the FFOFC members who climbed Badger Mountain every Tuesday with his wife, Nancy and their two dogs.

I know Mike primarily from our common work activities and on the golf course. He was always there to shoulder the work load, reliably, and competently. Always a gentleman on the golf course and off. You were a solid friend Mike and I and many others appreciated that.
