Mike Valladares and I worked at the same bank though in different departments. From the first days of his arrival he enjoyed the reputation of a voracious problem solver and a captivating and highly regarded Business speaker - the likes of which this State had not seen up to that point. If Mike had not arrived at the time that he did the Arizona banking industry would have been hard pressed to invent him. He made pulp of seemingly intractable...

My sincere condolences to all the family. I knew Micky in Bombay,India in the 50's when we were teenagers and fondly remember his zest for life. Micky's dad was my grandmother's(Mary Jane Valladres) sister. My Dad's name was Joe.
