Not sure what to say?

I always enjoyed seeing Mike at our Ecolab sales meetings. Mike was a genuinely nice person and we shared many connections being fellow Hoosiers. My condolences to Mike's family . I will miss him as a business colleague and friend.

My prayers are with you

Dear Meladie, James, & Jimmy –

I was deeply saddened to hear of your husband/father's death. I worked with him in the capacity of computer support for the last 15 years and we've shared many long conversations over the years. We shared not only as brothers in Christ, but also as adoptive fathers (my wife and I have five adopted children – all about your ages James & Jimmy).

Mike's humility and dedication will always stand out to me. He has left a hole. I will be...

I went to church with Mike at Glenwood Church of Christ in Fort Wayne. My sister Debbie was his sister's best friend. I have nothing but great memories of Mike and am saddened by his departure. He was a great christian and a wonderful friend. My sympathies go out to his family and friends!!

Mike was a wonderful friend. My family and everyone at the Germantown Church of Christ will miss him greatly. Our prayers & condolences go out to Meladie, James, and Jimmy.

I am sorely grieved to learn that Mike has passed. He was a great friend of mine at college. The obituary that says he was faithful to the end is very comforting. It is also comforting to know that he did well at his job and had a loving family. I am so sorry to the family who must be hurting and will be hurting for a long time. Sure wish I could have reconnected with him on earth, but I'll look him up in heaven.

I knew Mike at Freed-Hardeman. He always helped any of us who had car trouble, always with a cheerful attitude. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Meladie and boys, I never had the privilege of meeting you; but I have known Mike for over 20 years. He shared an apartment with my brother and another friend of theirs back in the 80s. One Christmas Mike didn't go back to Indiana; and we invited him to come down and spend Christmas Day with us. He got to know the whole family and we all enjoyed having him there. When my Dad had surgery in Memphis several years ago, he was there to show his concern for us. Many times when he came through...

You were a lot of fun at Freed Hardeman... We will miss you Waggs...
