As neighbors (across the street and nextdoor to the Mannings) and a patient of Mike's, we witnessed his kind, caring, compassionate spirit on multiple occasions. During my annual eye appointments, Mike happily shared updates about each of you. His pride, as a father, was certainly obvious!
