Not sure what to say?

Mike was there for me whenever I needed him. Whether it was a game of tennis or a night at the poker table or a beer at a local tavern or a job or a place to live or a family to be part of, Mike was there to give. In time, we all learned that he didn't say a whole lot about those kinds of things, but it didn't mean he didn't care - his actions spoke for him. Mike was passionate about his teams and his politics and right and wrong. That he took such care with his family demonstrated how deeply...

Dear Donna and Lisa,
My name is Cindy Holmes. I had an opportunity to speak with you briefly after the memorial service in Ambler. It was so nice to hear all the wonderful things people had to say about Coach Walker. What a legacy. He was a great man and a great coach. He will truly be missed. May you both take comfort in fact that he was loved and respected by many. Thank you for sharing him with us.

Thinking of you with much love,

Dear Donna, Lisa and Family,
I am sorry for our loss and I am sorry My Girls and I were not able to visit all of you this past Aug. My memories of Mike are fond. My fondest memories are road trips to Mamouth with Lisa's cat and to The Grand Canyon . Another fond memory of mine is spending time in Philadelphia and The Jersey Shore. Mike was a kind man and his joy for photography and running were inspiring.for me. We will miss him.

With love, Your cousins, Carol, Mark, Summer,...

Mike Walker was and is my cousin. One of the first memories I have of him is he and his brother Pat using me in a game of chicken hawky. Most people probably don't know what that is so we'll just leave it as an inside family joke. Before he left Ca. for Philly he stopped by our house and gave me his ball glove and coin collection. I still have a few of those coins. I can say that he was a giver from an early age and put others before himself. I have never heard him say a cross word about...

Dear Donna,
I was very sorry to hear about Mike, he was so active and
happy with his life. He had to be for all the time he gave of
himself for others. I enjoyed working with Mike during Cross Country and Track seasons. ( Donna do you remember the fun time at Cross Country Camp, they took us along for the cooking and cleanup. )
Mike will be remembered for the good he did for the children in he care.
