Shaughnessy Christening at OLMC 2003

I only just found out about Father Walsh's death - my sincere condolences to the family. Father Walsh Christened my two adopted boys in 2003 at OLMC Church. Last year when my husband died from kidney cancer, he found the time, despite his personal challenges, to visit and comfort me at the funeral home. He was a dear man and will be missed by many.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. With our deepest sympathy.

Mrs. Welch, I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers.

Sorry to hear that Fr. Mike had been so ill the last few years. I hadn't seen him since our time together in the Norfolk area. May God grant him rest and consolation to you his family. He will be remembered in prayer, especially at the altar. Father Ron Buchmiller

To Fr. Mike's family, I extend my prayers and sympathy. His death brings back memories of the Norfolk/Virginia Beach years. I shall offer Mass for him here in Boston.
Fr. Ed Condon
