Mr. Michael E. Warren


          Mr. Michael Edwin Warren, age 73, a resident of Washington, died Friday, April 2, 2021 at his home.


          A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.


          Mr. Warren was born in Chicopee, Mass. on February 2, 1948.  He was the son of the late Michael J. Warren and Alice M. Gdula Warren.  Mr. Warren served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam war.  He retired from National Spinning as Plant manager.  In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, and traveling.


           On June 18, 2004, Mr. Warren married the former Lynn Carol Scichilone, who survives.


          Surviving with his wife are his children, Michael Jon Warren, Elizabeth W. Skinner (Brian), and also by Craig-Allen Scichilone (Krystal), Saundra-Mykelle Pearson (Devon O’Neal), Seth-David Pearson all of Washington; grandchildren, Michael L. Warren, Noah B. Warren, Nicholas J. Warren, Peter A. Scichilone, Jonah B. Warren; three brothers, John Warren (Deb), James Warren, Steve Warren all of Chicopee, Mass. and sister, Kathy Lapa of Riedsboro, VT.


          In addition to his parents, Mr. Warren was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Walter Lapa.


        The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at his home, 808 East 9th Street.


        In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas  66675-8516.
