Mike set the bar for all of us guys. I was fortunate enough to know Mike since the early 80's. He always had a positive outlook. He was the classiest person and a true gentleman. Mike was the man's man. The way he carried himself intellectually, socially or otherwise brought immense respect and admiration. He always made his wife Kayla first in everything he said and done.... Mike had the utmost integrity and honor of any man you'll ever know. Mike, you are missed more that words can express....
