Michael S. Waters

Mike will be missed. You never knew when he was going to stop in. Yesterday was a wonderful tribute to him. The Fire fighters and Air Force Honor Guard were impressive. Truly a remarkable send off for Mike. Thinking of you, Bob, Mary Carol, Linda and John.

To my old mentor, best friend, roommate, and practical joker to one another. He taught me everything I knew about Firefighting, I was always in the passenger seat and was known as county car 1/2. We were best friends, we went on vacations together, he we drove cross county together. I will miss him till the day I go. I am MANHEIM,and he will always be WATERS.

Mike was a cousin we all admired! He always had some great stories to tell back in the day and he will surely be missed. He has left his mark on so many communities. We send our prayers for Mike and his siblings, Bob, Mary, Linda and John.

I met Mike about 9 years ago when I started cleaning his house. We became friends and went to dinner on occasion. I know more than anything he just enjoyed knowing he wasn´t alone. I will truly miss you Mike!

I (Jim) met Mike at Onondaga Ski Club around 1970 where we raced for the club and he was the captain of the race team. A few years later he convinced me to join the ski club trip committee to bring 200+ skiers to Aspen, CO. I enjoyed our times together and miss those days with him. Cathy met Mike at Oswego when they were both students there. In recent years, we saw each other at the Syracuse Crunch games and Mike always had his camera in hand.
