Dr. Michael Cunningham Watson Jr.

We were Wofford classmates. We both had goals of being physicians. He was very focused and was a strong Christian. We both enjoyed 3 to 5 mile runs around Wofford. I just had a thought of checking up on him and found out the recent history. Praying for the family.

Mike was a good friend. I will miss him.

Dr. Watson was such a joy to know and work with. He came to Whispering Pines Retirement Community to deliver his "Ask the Doctor" talks. The residents loved him and were there faithfully there every Tuesday at 10:30 am. He will be sorely missed with his always positive attitude and upbeat message. He loved our soft serve ice cream and if we were out, the residents gave me a hard time, since I was to always have it for him. Our prayers are with you and your family.
