So sorry for your loss. I remember Mike as a friendly, kind person. We lived behind the Welch's on Arthur Ave. For a lot of years. We will see him again one day.

I am so saddened to hear this. I had Mr. Welch as my teacher in middle school at Vernon. He was the best teacher and I loved having him for a teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
