Our condolences to Ellen and her daughters. I did not know Mike, but I know your grief: I also lost a husband to a medical mistake and now belong to national community of patients and family members who have experienced harm from unsafe care. We are Patients for Patient Safety US, a chapter of WHO. We will plant a flag in Mike´s memory in DC in September during a ceremony for those who have died due to medical mistakes.
